Tecna double-sheet ravioli machines are machines for producing single- or double-pocket ravioli, got by combining two sheets of pasta fed with a continuous or alternating filling. These machines are ideal for a variety of fillings and offer a wide selection of shapes. A double sheeting unit positioned at the rear allows for continuous sheet feeding.
The available models accommodate hourly production rates ranging from 250 kg/h to 800 kg/h, with sheet widths ranging from 300 mm to 540 mm. Designed and manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 stainless steel upon request) and materials suitable for food contact, they guarantee high hygiene standards that allow for quick and effective cleaning.

MODULAR
The Tecna modular automatic ravioli machine overcomes the limitations of previous machines, allowing the production of double- and single-sheet ravioli with a single machine. It can use both soft and creamy fillings and hard fillings and in pieces, fed continuously or with rods. For better filling dosage, moulds with «vacuum» system are also available.
Thanks to the «tool less» mould application system and recipe management system, it is possible to change shapes quickly and easily. Numerous shapes are available and it is possible to create custom ones.
The machine is available in single- and double-calibrator versions. The single-calibrator is suitable for producing artisanal shapes with a hand-made final closure, single-sheet ravioli with the overturning of the pasta sheet and automatic closure and “plin” ravioli.
The double-calibrator version is suitable for producing double-sheet ravioli with automatic closure and adjustable thickness.
