THE PROCESS CONTINUES BY AUTOMATICALLY FEEDING THE PASTA SHEET INTO AN IMMERSION CHILLING TANK, IMMEDIATELY STOPPING THE COOKING PROCESS AND REDUCING THE TEMPERATURE BY UP TO 3°C
FINAL CUT
THE FORMING AND CUTTING PHASE ALLOWS FOR THE CREATION OF CANNELLONI AND THE CUSTOM CUTTING OF THE PASTA SHEET FOR THE SUBSEQUENT PREPARATION OF LASAGNE
