Designed and built to optimize production, it boasts 24/7 operation, 365 days a year. It can also blanch, defrost and cook multiple products sequentially.

LOAD

Product load with a tote bin hoist or conveyor belt with automatic weight control.

COOK

The exceptional action of the water vortex allows for uniform cooking without product clumping.

QUENCH

The cold-water vortex immediately stops the cooking process and lowers the product temperature.

CHILL

The product temperature is uniformly reduced to below 3°C.

VIBRATING TABLE

The vibrating and draining table remove water on the surface.


UNLOAD

Transfer to bin or trays.

Fully automatic system, provided with 3 operating sectors, fitted to a single structure designed to separate high- and low-risk areas.

The baskets can hold 40 kg, 90 kg, or 135 kg of dry product.

Versatile and compact semi-automatic cooker suitable for smaller volumes and frequent product changes.
