PASTEURIZATION LINES
The TECNA plant for the production and heat treatment of fresh pasta has the purpose to extend product shelf life by optimizing the pasteurization-drying-chilling process thanks to precise temperature, speed and thermal insulation control with the external environment. The technical solutions adopted and the experience gained over the years allow us to provide reliable, high-performance systems that guarantee maximum yield. Our plants are fully customizable in terms of capacity and space, thus meeting the most diverse production needs.
