Tecna automatic kneader sheeters are machines for forming cold-rolled pasta sheets. These sheets can automatically feed forming machines (i.e., cappelletti/tortellini/cutters, etc.) or be rolled onto rolling pins.

The single- or double-tank models cover hourly production rates ranging from 50 kg/h to 300 kg/h, with sheet widths ranging from 160 mm to 310 mm.

Designed and manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 stainless steel upon request) and materials suitable for food contact, they guarantee high hygiene standards that allow for quick and effective cleaning.
