Tecna automatic pasta cutters are machines for producing tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, lasagna and similar pasta. They automatically reduce the thickness and cut the pasta lengthwise and crosswise.

The available models accommodate hourly production rates ranging from 40 kg/h to 140 kg/h, with pasta sheet widths ranging from 155 mm to 310 mm.

Designed and manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 stainless steel upon request) and materials suitable for food contact, they guarantee high hygiene standards that allow for quick and effective cleaning.
