Tecna automatic cutters are machines for producing tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, lasagna and similar pasta. They automatically reduce the thickness and cut the pasta sheet lengthwise and crosswise.

The available models accommodate hourly production rates ranging from 90 kg/h to 350 kg/h, with pasta sheet widths ranging from 310 mm to 600 mm.

Designed and manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 stainless steel upon request) and materials suitable for food contact, they guarantee high hygiene standards that allow for quick and effective cleaning.
