The R&D department and Manufacturing work together to design and manufacture machinery for pasta production for small, medium and large artisan producers.
Each of our projects starts with the idea of providing the food industry with a technological product that is safe, reliable, easy to clean and meets the most stringent hygiene standards for the production of one of the most important Italian products: pasta in all its forms such as ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, long pasta, short pasta and many other shapes.
We also design and manufacture heat treatment machinery: Pasteurisers, coolers and dryers that allow the product to be kept for long periods.
The equipment we have developed in recent years includes the "Vortex" that is able to supply large quantities of cooked and cooled products in confined spaces, perfect for companies that have a ready meal production line.
